My two teenage sons and I see Dr Kate Jenkins. She is always super, kind and reassuring. I am a particularly nervous patient, and Dr Jenkins inspires confidence with her professionalism and I have formed trust which makes me less anxious to be in the chair! All the staff are welcoming. We absolutely recommend this dental surgery.

Many thanks to this professional dentist Rajinder and her nurse!After having a bad experience with 2 extractions for my son done by another dentist on Novel Dental she actually reassured me and my son that extractions and going to the dentist could be a good experience! I was in the position to change our dental clinic but after today's experience I am more than convinced that trying a different dentist on the clinic was the best choice!I strongly recommend her! Many thanks for the receptionist ladies who refer me to her and for their support!

The care I received at Novel was exceptional. The dentist that I had (Dr Dapo) took his time to talk me through my issues and explain the treatment I was going to receive. Great manner and attention to detail. Very satisfied!

DeJoy was great in general. Great communication. Great and masterful expertise at performing my hygiene clean ensuring it was as pain free as possible. Didn’t come across judgmental regarding the state of my teeth and left me feeling motivated more than ever to remain disciplined with both day and night cleaning and flossing.Dapo has also been fantastic. With my regular checkups and counsel. Worth the 2hr journey to gravesend.

I’ve been going to this dental practice for a while now and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care I receive. From the moment you walk in, the lovely receptionist always greets you with a warm smile and makes you feel so welcome – it really helps calm any nerves!My dentist, Dapo, is absolutely fantastic. He always makes me feel comfortable and explains everything clearly. You can really tell he knows what he’s doing and genuinely cares about his patients. I’ve always felt in safe hands with him, and the treatment I’ve received has been excellent.

I cannot recommend Roshni enough if you are looking for teeth straightening. I have just completed almost 2 years with ceramic braces and from start to finish my care has been fantastic. I've always been a nervous patient and Roshni and Jo put me at ease from the start and talked me through each stage of the process. I am over the moon with the results and cannot stop smiling!!

I was incredibly anxious going into my appointment, but the entire team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease. They were kind, patient, and reassuring, the dentist talked me through every step, we went as slowly as I needed, they had on music to drown out the drills, and the procedure itself was very quick. I truly appreciate the care and compassion they showed—it made a huge difference. Highly recommend to anyone with dental anxiety!

I am happy to visit Kamran, coming from a very nervous patient this is fantastic!I have an appointment every 4months to check how my gum health is. It has improved almost 100% with Kamrans expertise as a hygienist.He is the perfect person for the job, he has a calming, caring & kind manner.

This dentist is fantastic! The office is clean and welcoming, and the reception team is incredibly kind and attentive. The hygienist, Kamran, is amazing. He takes great care in his work and always provides excellent advice on maintaining good oral hygiene and healthy gums. Since I started having regular appointments with him, my oral hygiene has significantly improved.The dentist is also great.The only downside is that they are often very busy, so appointments can take a while. However, considering how wonderful the staff is, I’m happy to wait and continue coming back.

Every appointment i have, has been a professional and friendly experience .My dentist Kate is lovely and has performed some tricky procedures with no pain or distress.The whole team from the reception, the assistants and all the dentists have all been friendly and reassuring. I had a tooth extraction so i was very nervous beforehand. Dapo and colleague within the room were professional and caring. This is the second tooth Dentist Dapo has extracted for me. Again i have to reiterate my gratitude to Dapo and the surgery for its excellence in delivering a painfree, stress free procedure, which was a very difficult one. I can't recommend dentist Dapo enough, i really won't see anyone else as i feel safe in his care, he's a credit to this surgery.

Since we have had Kate as our dentist she has been amazing, all the staff at the surgery are great. My small child has no hesitation to go to the dentist because they have always been lovely. Kate always has a smile on her face 😊 and she is a great dentist. I have had procedures done on my teeth and the communication was very clear and the outcome was awesome.

I can't praise this practice enough. Mik and his entire changed my life. I've probably seen every dentist, and assistant at some point over the last 5 or 6 years. I can recommend them all. However a special thanks goes to the world's best ever dentist Kate, and to Tracy the friendly face that cares and makes things happen.Without the support of the entire team here my health wouldn't be anywhere near where it is now 🫶

Normally, like a lot of people, I can't bear having to go to the dentist. However this surgery's staff, especially my dentist, Kate put me at ease. The experience was nowhere near as bad as I was expecting. As a result I feel a lot more comfortable about my next necessary appointment. Best dentist I've ever had 👍

Brilliant dental surgery. Having not attended the dentist for many years due to a poor experience, Flavia has seen me for over a year now. Initially I had quite a lot of work done, which was all explained to me beforehand with various options given and i had time to consider each one. I felt comfortable and pain free during every procedure. Have also seen the hygienist who made me feel as comfortable and confident in their care. The surgery itself is clean and accessible, easy to book appointments and keep in touch with.

Being nervous about visits to the dentist I read a lot of reviews before choosing Novel. The whole team were friendly and relaxed me and I felt reassured immediately. Had a hygienist appointment today. Kamran did a fantastic thorough clean. He was very clear and provided follow up preventative measures to help improve my oral health, whereas previous dental clinic never provided a clean as in depth as this Kamran did. So glad I’ve changed my dentist to Novel. Thank you Kamran, will see you again soon for my follow up appointment.

Everyone who works here has always been so kind and patient with myself who is extremely nervous and my 2 boys both diagnosed with Autism, high anxiety etc.I even booked myself in for a front filling that needed cosmetic redone but iv been to scared to do it as it hadn’t given me trouble. This is an outstanding Dental Practice. Dr Mikhil is very friendly and professional. He went above and beyond throughout my treatment, taking the time to put me at ease and explain things during my procedure. I was seen as an emergency appointment after having an unbearable toothache, Dr Amin saw me quickly and was immediately a comfort and extremely understanding. After my emergency appointment I haven’t left as I have always been terrified of the dentist but after going to this dental practice it has really put me at ease. It has been a long journey for me and I have been supported throughout the entire process, not only do they care for your teeth but they care about you as a person as well. As someone who can be nervous, the team take their time explaining treatments and ensure that you are always comfortable. I can’t recommend this dental practice enough, thank you for everything that you have done for me!

My mouth was such a mess with loose teeth and a massive amount of cleaning required because of Covid and my laziness. Kate has developed a longer term plan for me and Cameron was awesome- my teeth are now clean and gums look better already. A lot more treatment required but an amazing start to getting a healthy mouth. Highly recommended.

As someone who has always been petrified about going to the Dentist, I honestly cannot recommend here enough. Dr Roshni was so kind and patient with me. Everyone at the practice is friendly and professional, and go above and beyond to be helpful and make you feel at ease. Lesson learnt: don’t put off visiting the Dentist, just find the right one! Gravesend dental surgery has been mine and my children's dentist for several years, and the amazing staff and dentists have previously gone out of their way to go above and beyond for my daughter - offering outstanding service.When deciding to get braces I visited Gravesend dental surgery as well as another local Invisalign / braces provider. Personally I found Gravesend dental surgery explained all the options available to me much better than my other experience, and chatted with me to see what I expected of the outcome and timescales etc, making me even more confident they would be the best people to go to for my braces.Damon ceramic braces were chosen and they were put on at the end of 2021. I am pleased to say after just over 18 months they are off and I am very very happy with my new teeth as well as the service and information I received along the way. Dr Roshni and Jo were always so kind and helpful and explained to me what was happening and what I could expect at each appointment. As I am a very nervous patient who has experienced issues with my teeth in the past and I have VERY sensitive teeth, I was so comforted by the care Dr Roshni took to make sure that I was as comfortable as possible throughout the treatment, and I would recommend her so much to everyone!!

I have been going to this dentist for a while now. I am a very nervous patient but Mick has been brilliant whilst having treatment done . I had temporary crowns done and then permanent ones. Each time I have been back Mick explained everything to me. I felt relaxed and never felt anything ,with the local anaesthetic used. The dental nurse Chris is really nice and again put me at ease.. thank you to Mick and the welcoming staff in reception.

Fantastic treatment by Roshni and her team of nurses. I would highly recommend this dental practice for your dental cosmetic needs. Roshni treated me through a year of teeth straightening and whilst it’s not the most comfortable, the team were absolutely brilliant at easing me through the treatment each month. They were all incredibly kind and consistently ensured that I was happy and comfortable whilst in the dentist chair. I cannot thank them enough. The results were absolutely wonderful and I couldn’t be more pleased.

I have just completed treatment for fixed braces and I am really pleased with the results. Roshni explained each stage of the process clearly and openly. I felt that Roshni was considerate of me as a patient, always checking that I was ok throughout each session and was very accommodating to my end goal. She offered professional advice but always confirmed that I was happy with what was happening. Every time i go to the dentist i dread it but these guys are the best in the business i wouldn't look anywhere else my dentist for life 👍🏼 . the hygienist also he's the best i seen so down to earth makes me feel at ease as he can as i suffer from real bad gag reflex but he takes his time and try's to put me at ease at every possible moment in my appomiments . Couldn't recommend this dental surgery enough! After a bad experience at a different surgery, Dr. Amin and his assistants did their utmost to help resolve the issue, put me at ease and took their time answering every single concern I had. Very professional and kind people.

I had an emergency appointment for my son as he chipped his front front tooth, I could not have asked for a better service from booking to seeing the dentist Mr Dap he was amazing with my son and made the tooth look like nothing had even happened with composite bonding. My son feels so much better knowing it looks just like it did before. Thank you to Novel Dentistry.

Roshney is an excellent dentist, and I am really happy with the final outcome of my teeth straightening, whitening and bonding. Although my treatment took a long time, over a period of months, it was well worth it.My experiences in the surgery were pleasant, and both Roshney and Bailey were friendly, making sure I was always comfortable. I would highly recommend this surgery to anyone.

Best dentist in Gravesend. I’ve been to many but the service and care for clients is at it’s finest. I had Rihanna as my dentist and she was excellent! She took her time with my teeth and went over and above to make sure everything was perfect. Definitely recommend! 🤗

After a bad experience at a different dental surgery I was put off seeing a dentist for over 6 years. Then after I chipped my front teeth, a family member recommended that I get an appointment with Mik at Gravesend dental surgery. I found out that I needed 4 fillings as well as the chip repair, I felt at ease for every appointment and couldn't be happier with the work I had done. The fillings were completely pain free and my front teeth look even better than they did before. Arranging appointments over the phone was easy and the staff are always very friendly and welcoming. I have found my dentist and I will definitely be getting my check up's here regularly in the future.

As someone who has always felt uneasy about a visit to a dental surgery, I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by my recent series of appointments at my local dentist! I found all of the staff there very friendly and helpful, particularly Zainab who was the dentist who carried out my treatment over the space of two months. I was always briefed about the treatment intended for my teeth before any work started, so I always knew what was going on.I was very impressed by the high quality of treatment that I received during my visits, and am very pleased and happy with the results. I would recommend this practice to anyone needing any dental treatment.

Excellent service ... you ring them and they pick up in seconds .. deal with appointments etc in seconds too.. Mik’s dental skills are second to none.. his dental tools are an extension of his own arms as he work with speed accuracy and such confident skill....each action he takes flows very smoothly and effectively.. I would say to what a lovely patient man Depo is he explains everything to you and will answer any questions you have. Always friendly makes you feel at ease. Had Dr Zainab for a filling in a deep tooth cavity. Absolutely hate needles, and never had dental work done before. She made me feel at ease and comfortable, I didn't even know she'd injected. Whole process was easy and painless 👌 will definitely be requesting her for any future work needed 👍

The quality of service and the staff at this dental practice are simply outstanding.From a basic check up, to fillings and crowns through to a new bridge, I have never been anything other than highly impressed.Super friendly staff and top quality dental work. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
